Translation of all documents and correspondences from Spanish to English and vice versa.
Assist the Administrative Secretary in booking official appointments for the Ambassador and other Embassy Diplomatic Staff.
Manage the Embassy´s Front Office operations i.e. receive visitors, official telephone calls and correspondence sent to the Embassy.
Assist in the coordination of official entertainment events organised by the Embassy.
Assist in coordinating travel itineraries and hotel bookings for official delegations.
Academic/and or Professional Qualifications
A Bachelors Degree in Business related studies from a recognized University.
A Professional Certificate in Translation/Interpretation issued by an accredited institution. Proven proficiency including a certificate as a Sworn Translator/Interpreter issued by appropriate Spanish authorities will be an added advantage.
A Certificate in Public Relations, Secretarial or any related field will be an added advantage.
A Diploma or Certificate in Computer Applications/IT Proficiency (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer etc.)
At least (3) three years relevant work experience in translation and/or public relations.
A valid residence permit in Spain.
Be at least between 25 – 45 years.
