To all Kenyans 2017, it is assumed, will be an election year. But for members of one church in the County of Nyeri, this will be the time the world will comes to end. Followers of this cult like church are optimistic of a “Better life” out of this world.
The unorthodox behaviour by members of the Church of God caused panic among the villagers. NTV’s NImrod Taabu found out that most of the adherents had abandoned their homes and declined to return to their families arguing that the end of time is near.
