An IEBC official has sensationally claimed that Kethi Kilonzo is not a registered voter and that the acknowledgement slip she holds as proof that she registered was stolen from the IEBC.
IEBC director of voter registration Immaculate Kasait told a tribunal hearing a complaint brought before it over the registration status of Ms Kilonzo that investigations are underway to establish how the slip left the IEBC custody.
