Fire engines are battling with a huge fire that broke out at a restaurant in Emperor Plaza next to GPO in Nairobi.
Police say no one has been injured so far but property of unknown value has been destroyed.
The fire started from the kitchen of the hotel before spreading fast to other areas.
Police have been mobilised to the area to control crowds and vehicles because the area is near a petrol station and bank.
