Job seekers for the position of project and programme management must possess at least a Masterâ€™s degree in any closely related field from a recognised university.
They should also beÂ holders of a valid PRINCE2 practitioner certification and a valid PMP certification is an added advantage.Â Individuals with a first degree in project management, engineering, and business fields from a recognised university will have an added advantage.
The candidates seeking the position of IT service manager are expected to demonstrate passion for imparting knowledge through training and consulting to others in the IT profession.
They will be mandated with training programmes, conducting IT assessments, managing IT service delivery, and providing expert advice on IT service management to organisations.

The software management position requires individuals with a first degree in computer science, software engineering, or any related field.
